At APART Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new garment isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
